Group Virtual Training Sessions

In this day and time, many of us are on the go and need a quick workout, while still having the live support and encouragement of a personal trainer and group motivation. Treasure has taken her workouts live in your home! She will be your guide to learn the correct form of movement and exercise progression to get your body moving and feeling better. 

Current Group Class Schedule

  • Tuesdays at 5:15pm (30 minutes)

  • Wednesdays at 5:15pm (30 minutes)

  • Fridays at 5:15pm (30 minutes)

  • Sundays at 2pm (30 minutes)

Our 30 minute small group virtual training session allows time to learn about proper form, exercise progressions, massage techniques, and any necessary modifications needed for your unique body. No commitment required and drop ins are always welcome.

**Additional classes can be added as needed, based on demand.

Private Virtual Training Sessions

Not ready to jump into a group class yet? Treasure can help you customize your workouts for your unique body in her one-one-one, private virtual training sessions. We can evaluate your unique body and what types of exercise will keep you motivated and on track. If your partner or family member wants to get moving with you, it’s just an additional $15 charge! Contact us for availability and booking.

What You Will Need

To get started with the small group virtual training or the private one-on-one virtual training, you will need: a Skype account (optional, it’s easy to set up and free, otherwise the link I send you will work without an account); about a 3x5 space; your phone or computer set up where you can see me and I can see you; a mat, towel, or folded up blanket for any floor exercises; light dumbbells (3-10 lbs…Treasure can help you choose the best weight for your body); optional mini bands, or other exercise equipment you may have on hand.

Group Virtual Training: $10 per class (30 minutes)

Private One-On-One Virtual Training: $30 per session (30 minutes)
