A Pantry Makeover is when one of our navigators comes directly to your home and goes through your pantry with you. Don't worry, we won't be throwing away any of your food. We're just here to help go over nutrition labels, what we're looking at it, what that means and what happens in your body when certain foods are consumed. We'll cover which foods are healthy or unhealthy, and more importantly why.
